Working with leading brand agency RPM and their client, Diageo, we were tasked with filming and producing a 360 virtual bar experience for London Cocktail Week – extended to the whole month of October 2020.
Due to the limited numbers able to attend in person this year, the drinks brand has been delivering some of the capital’s best cocktails via their Drinks Drop service and thought it would be a nice touch if their customers could experience how the cocktails were made in Virtual Reality.
Visualise organised a small camera unit including our Meta Camera and Mantis rover to film the experiences across three bars including The Coral Room, The Malts Locker at Nola’s and Nine Lives. The raw 360 content was then stitched and edited together with an immersive sound mix in stunning 5.5k resolution.
Customers were able to view the final content with a ready-made cocktail in hand via the YouTube desktop and mobile app with the option to partner with a Google Carboard or other VR headset for a more immersive experience.
