Global Group approached us to ask if we could produce a series of 360° music videos for their VOXI Big Top 40 chart show. The first artist was the brilliant emerging talent – Mullally – who performed ‘Wonderful’ in the Hospital Club studios.

Global wanted to highlight key VOXI brand assets, while creatively lighting the act in a piece that would be visually stunning and give the artist freedom of expression to perform. We brought in Ross Anderson as Director and Jonathan Curran as DOP. Technically, the film was shot on our custom rig built from 2x Sony A7SII cameras called the ‘Stanley’.

The resulting 360° music video was hosted on the Voxi Unframed website, as well as shared on Facebook where it has received 41k views to date. We’re going to keep evolving this format with Global, giving each artist their own unique flavour and style, so watch this space!
