We are excited to be recruiting for a new Senior Immersive Producer. Based in Bermondsey, London at the ‘Biscuit Factory’, we afford our employees the opportunity to work with iconic and global brands as well as often travel in delivering cutting-edge projects.

Visualise is currently seeking an experienced Immersive Producer with a background in content production and/or all of film, digital, VR, AR etc. Crucially it’s an understanding of the nuts and bolts of planning, running and delivering complex projects to high profile clients with great results. A passion for emerging technologies and or experience with, VR, AR, etc is a big bonus but not essential . More important is a proven track record in end-to-end planning, decision making and producing high-end digital products, apps and/or social and web AR on time, within scope and to budget.

The chosen candidate will be an exceptional communicator versed in dealing with both internal and external stakeholders right up to board level. Further, they will thrive in a start-up environment, be an excellent trouble-shooter and be willing to turn a hand to tasks from basic level right through to ownership of producing deliverables. In return, the chosen candidate will be involved in development of new content, features, budgeting/scheduling of resources and working closely with the leadership team. Some travel may be required in attending client locations.

We have a flexible approach to remote working, some of the team like to be in the office permanently and some of them just come in for a couple of days a week, we can chat it through but some presence is required in the office each week, more so on initial starting weeks.

Salary:                                  Depending on experience, 22 day holiday allowance plus UK public holidays

Key responsibilities – Project Planning (to include but not limited to):

• Liaising with clients to ensure their briefs and requirements are fully met
• Co-ordinate all production requirements against strict timelines for delivery
• Maintain awareness of the clients’ needs and project parameters
• Procurement of 3^rd party costs sourcing the most cost-effective solutions and supplier terms
• Managing supplier relationships, sourcing and setting up new suppliers as required

Key responsibilities – Project Management & Delivery (to include but not limited to):

• Day-to-day client contact for allocated projects, keeping them updated on progress and well informed
• Effective management of cost budgets for each project, keeping ‘real-time’ and accurate costs records
• Working with the Finance Director regarding invoicing, costs, budgets and margins on each project
• Assist in gaining purchase orders and other documentation from clients
• Oversight of design stages of project and liaising with key team members to ensure creative is adhered to
• Ensure client satisfaction, gaining their feedback to improve future production

Person Specification:

• Minimum 5 years of production experience required
• Must demonstrate excellent numeracy skills and commercial acumen
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Google platforms
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet strict deadlines
• Proven strong organisational skills and detail-oriented
• Strong work ethic and ability to work as a team player
• Confidence to liaise effectively with all levels of management internally, suppliers and clients where applicable
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with proven success in client relationship management
• Passionate, high energy levels, conveys enthusiasm, and demonstrates a drive to succeed
