YouTube introduces 360-Degree Video Ads

Google AdWords released an article yesterday about the launch of YouTube’s 360-degree video ads. The platform will enable users to engage with brands in an innovative way and comes after the success of several big brand campaigns, including Coca Cola, whose ‘360 video celebrating the 100th anniversary of their iconic bottle design outperformed standard in-stream video ad view-through rates by 36%.’
YouTube’s new platform accelerates the leading capabilities of film advertisement by adding an immersive and interactive element that users can truly engage with.  We have become specialists in producing promotional 360 film and are excited to see Google open the medium up to a vast audience. As AdWord said, this will, ‘unlock new opportunities for your brands to engage with consumers on YouTube.’
